The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) announced an updating of the site boundaries as part of the Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Site Program. The boundary updating takes into account work conducted on the entire plant site and former Research and Development (R&D) site. The DEC’s public notice on the updating can be viewed here.
