The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) last August issued a draft Part 373 Hazardous Waste Management Permit regarding the FMC Corporation (FMC) plant in Middleport, NY.
A pre-adjudicatory issues conference regarding the permit will be held at 9:00 a.m. on May 23, 2018 at the Middleport Fire Department, 28 Main St., Middleport, NY.
