Starting this year, FMC Corporation (FMC) will be taking over the multi-year remedial construction activities from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) in the off-site FMC study areas (or Operable Units [OUs]) adjacent to the FMC facility (Site No. 932014) located at 100 Niagara Street in Middleport, Niagara County, New York.
