After reviewing the OU (Operable Unit) 3 Draft Statement of Basis issued September 30, 2020 by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC), FMC Corporation has submitted public comments as part of the Department’s regulatory process associated with assessing potential clarifications and/or revisions to be added to the decision document and/or the selected remedy in OU3.
